Internships at RHiiNO Corp

RHiiNO Corp offers 10-12 week internships for students that qualify.  Fanny, one of our current interns, took the time to do a sit down interview with us to tell us about her experience thus far.  She is currently enrolled in school at ESC Clermont, Graduate School of Management in France.  She came here to the U.S. to study abroad and is with us until the end of summer.

Let’s start with her professional experience here…

Starting with the company on June 5th she says, “I was attracted to RHiiNO Corp to have the opportunity to work abroad in sales and marketing and the culture here seemed like the perfect fit.”
Prior to working here, she had completed her first year at school.

Q. What is your favorite thing about working here?
A. The challenges and the fun atmosphere

Q. What skills have you gained throughout your internship?
A.  I’ve learned to take control, I’ve become more confident, my social and sales skills have improved, and I can now read people’s minds….well, body language!

Q.  Did you get the opportunity to travel while you were with us?
A.  Yes, I went to New Orleans for a convention!

Q.  What message do you have for the team you have worked with?
A.  If everyone is moving forward together, success will take care of itself.

Q.  What made you want to work in sales and marketing?
A.  This is a field that I’ve wanted to gain experience in, because having sales skills are important.  At RHiiNO Corp, I like the fun and challenging environment that comes along with that.

Q.  You have been quite successful in such a short period of time.  What do you think attributed to that success?
A.  Hard work, following the systems that are in place, and keeping my student mentality.  There is so much to learn.

Q.  What are some notable things that you learned here that you will use in the future?
A.  Definitely my confidence level.  I can now assume the sale and I’ve learned to pass on knowledge during training.

Q.  Professionally, where do you see yourself in the future, after graduation?
A.  I see myself running a business of my own.

Q.  If you could give future interns and candidates a piece of advice that would like to embark on this career path, what would that be?
A.  Have fun, work hard, don’t make excuses, keep a positive attitude, and listen in order to grow.
